It's Village Case
FRONT PORCHES AND BRICK SIDEWALKS, MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN PURCELLVILLE

A neighborhood that still feels like Main Street
Built starting in 2004 on what was once Case Farm, Village Case is a neo-traditional neighborhood designed to look like it's always been there, featuring big front porches, brick sidewalks, detached garages tucked behind the homes, architecture that echoes Purcellville's own historic downtown a mile away.
It's the kind of place that still does a Halloween parade and a holiday decorating contest, where the open green at the center of the neighborhood does double duty as the community's front yard. Downtown Purcellville, offering restaurants, the W&OD Trail, and Main Street shops, is close enough to walk to on a nice day.

Case Farm,
Now a front porch
Village Case takes its name from the farmland it was built on. Michael Harris Homes and Patowmack Homes broke ground in 2004, and the first wave of construction ran until the 2007 recession slowed things down. A new group of builders picked it back up in 2010, finishing out the front of the neighborhood by 2012 and the larger rear lots over the following years, until a final round of infill in 2019.
The plan for the neighborhood always included a green at its center, originally meant for small shops with apartments above, though that never got built. What's there now is simpler: open space the whole community treats as shared ground, a few steps from streets designed on purpose to look like they've been there since Purcellville itself was young.
